Kacey is a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist with over 15 years of experience and an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional, gentle patient care. Understanding that dental cleanings and treatments can feel intimidating, Kacey prioritizes building trust and comfort with every patient from the moment you sit in her chair.
Her warm, contagious laugh and genuine personality immediately put patients at ease, while her gentle touch and clear communication throughout procedures help you feel informed and relaxed during your visit. Kacey takes extra time to explain each step of your treatment, ensuring you never feel rushed or uncertain about what’s happening.
A Texas native, Kacey moved to Lafayette with her husband Ian and their two sons, bringing her Southern hospitality and caring nature to our practice. When she’s not helping patients achieve optimal oral health, you might find her playing violin or entertaining her family with her talent for speaking in different accents.
Kacey graduated from the respected Wharton County Dental Hygiene program in 2009 and has built her career on the foundation that trust and comfort are essential to quality dental care. Her patients consistently praise her gentle technique and ability to make even the most anxious visitors feel completely at home.
Phuong Mai

Meet Phuong Mai, affectionately known as “P” around our office! As our front desk coordinator, she’s the warm voice you’ll hear when you call and the friendly face that greets you when you walk through our doors. P takes genuine pleasure in connecting with our patients and ensuring each visit meets their needs and expectations. She’s also our insurance expert who will work diligently to help you maximize your benefits.
A proud Abbeville native, P is a self-proclaimed foodie with an eclectic palate—from Popeyes and hot Cheetos to authentic Thai cuisine. When she’s not helping patients at the office, you’ll find her enjoying quality time with her family and friends, who mean the world to her.
Jaci
Expanded Duty Dental Assistant

Jaci has over 10 years of experience as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. She will ensure that you feel like part of our office family before even starting treatment. She takes pride in making sure you leave our office feeling great!
Jaci enjoys spending time with her husband and her five furry companions (3 cats and 2 dogs)! One of her hobbies is assembling miniature dollhouses. She is also a Taylor Swift fan.
Chloe
Dental Assistant

Chloe has been a dental assistant since 2023 and joined Lafayette Dental Studio in November 2024. With her warm personality and gentle approach, she is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and cared for during their visit. She particularly enjoys helping anxious patients feel at ease and takes pride in educating patients about their oral health.
Outside of work, Chloe is an avid traveler who loves cruising down the Bayou and attending live concerts!
